CK For Hair was started in June 1999 and solely owner operated. Within 2.5 years the business was supporting four full-time employees.

In June 2002, CK For Hair was expanding rapidly and consequently relocated to a bigger premises at 101 Canning Highway, South Perth. The salon then began to offer beauty therapy and Perth's first 'Private Bridal Room'. The growth within the business soon saw it requiring 8 full-time employees.

CK For Hair is constantly revising it's methods and building on good foundations, strong support, procedures, manuals, on-going training and education. Servicing clients' every want and need will enable CK For Hair to ensure a constant growth and strong reputation. CK For Hair is dedicated to the passion of the hairdressing industry.

In 2004 we provided hair and make-up services for Channel Seven’s School Ball report.  This segment of course had a "queer eye for the straight guy” approach, was lots of fun and were very well received by Perth audiences.  Subsequently we were invited to do a follow-up segment in which we provided hair and make-up services to make-over the larger woman.  Our team are dedicated to excellence and are passionate about the services they provide.
